Everything you should know before you play

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your game. That way we can explain the rules and you won’t lose any valuable playing time. If you can’t find us or run into any problems, feel free to call us and we’ll be happy to help.

If possible, book your time slot at least 24 hours before the game. If that doesn’t work out, feel free to call us for a same-day booking.

By card, in cash or by bank transfer. At Gozsdu Udvar, we also accept OTP SZÉP cards. You’ll find the prices on each room’s page, based on group size.

Our game masters speak excellent Hungarian and English, and you can play the game in either Hungarian or English. You can choose the game language when booking. Apart from the language you choose for the game, no other language skills are needed.

Kids are welcome in our escape rooms; for teams of children under 12, at least one adult participant is required. Our games are especially fun for the whole family.

Yes. Gift vouchers start from 17,900 HUF and can be redeemed in all 16 of our rooms. You’ll find the packages on our gift voucher page.

We recommend it from age 3, but anyone from 0 to 100 is welcome – one family even brought their baby in a carrier. From age 12, kids can play as a team on their own; with younger ones, an adult joins the team. Wizard World and Jurassic Escape are the most kid-friendly — Joker and Catastrophe, on the other hand, are for adult groups.

No need to pay in advance. You can pay by card, in cash or by bank transfer, and at Gozsdu Udvar with an OTP SZÉP card too. We issue an invoice on the spot upon request.

The game itself lasts 60 minutes. Including arrival, briefing and the team photo, plan for about 80 minutes.

The game master watches throughout and gives as much help as needed — no more, no less. The goal is for the win to be all yours.

Yes, all of our rooms can be played in English. The Mission rooms at Gozsdu Udvar are especially popular with international guests.

Yes. Each location has several rooms, so larger groups can play at the same time. For team building and school trips, ask us for a quote.

All our locations are downtown, with paid parking on the surrounding streets. Each one is a 3–6 minute walk from the metro.

The four Mission rooms at Gozsdu Udvar are more spacious, have more complex storylines and are in a higher price category. They are booked on gozsdumission.hu.
